The Spring Hill range showcases the quality of wines that can be achieved in Barossa.
Eden Valley Riesling: An aromatic Eden Valley Riesling, dry & fresh with citrus & mineral notes.
Eden Valley Pinot Gris: A medium-bodied, dry Pinot Gris offers a palate of fresh pear & lemon zest with hints of mineral & florals.
Barossa Primitivo Rosé: Aromas of quince & gooseberry, balanced by delicate strawberry & watermelon flavours.
South Australian Merlot: Flavours of red cherry & plum with hints of cocoa & rosemary, balanced by fine acidity & elegant tannins.
Barossa Shiraz: A fruit-driven Shiraz with flavours of dark cherry & vanilla, complemented by hints of coffee & spices.
Grand Merlot or Old Vine Shiraz can be added to this tasting for an additional $5 per person.
