This unique collection captures the essence of the Eden Valley's renowned cool climate. Grown in the elevated regions of Eden Valley, our Altitude range benefits from an extended, cool ripening season, resulting in distinctive, expressive varietal wines.

Eden Valley Chardonnay: Layers of stone fruit & toast, balanced by preserved lemon & soft minerality.

Eden Valley Merlot: Raspberry, cocoa, & Turkish delight aromas, with a juicy palate of red currants & dark chocolate.

Eden Valley Cabernet Franc: Lifted raspberries, red currants, & herbs on the nose, & juicy red fruits & earthy notes on the palate.

Eden Valley Primitivo: Black cherry & sweet spice notes, balanced by dried cranberries & a hint of tobacco.

Barossa Valley Shiraz: Forest fruit & spice aromas, leading to blackberry flavours accented by lavender and smoked meat notes.

Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: Juicy dark fruit balanced with hints of bitter chocolate, earth, & tobacco.

Grand Merlot or Old Vine Shiraz can be added to this tasting for an additional $5 per person.

Tasting fee will be waivered when any purchase is made from this tasting flight, please note there is only one tasting fee waiver per transaction.
