Spring Hill South Australian Merlot: Flavours of red cherry and plum with hints of cocoa and rosemary, balanced by fine acidity and elegant tannins.

Altitude Eden Valley Merlot: Raspberry, cocoa, & Turkish delight aromas, with a juicy palate of red currants & dark chocolate.

Altitude Eden Valley Cabernet Franc: Lifted raspberries, red currants, & herbs on the nose, & juicy red fruits & earthy notes on the palate.

Altitude Eden Valley Primitivo: Black cherry & sweet spice notes, balanced by dried cranberries & a hint of tobacco.

Spring Hill Barossa Shiraz: A fruit-driven Shiraz with flavours of dark cherry & vanilla, complemented by hints of coffee & spices.

Altitude Eden Valley Shiraz: Cinnamon, cloves, & cardamom leads to boysenberry & cranberry, fruits of the forest, spice, & sour cherries on the palate.

Grand Merlot or Old Vine Shiraz can be added to this tasting for an additional $5 per person.
